UNITED SCALES of AMERICA has a broad line of internally developed and manufactured counting and weighing instrumentation to meet most basic weighing applications. BASIC WEIGHING
& COUNTING R710 OEM panel shown Our series R300 and R700 series units can be used as stand alone instruments for use with your existing scale products - or - can be packaged with our base structures as complete systems at an increased discount level. Our series CS50 and CS60 counting scales also provide either a basic or sophisticated counting system. Please click the buttons at the left to see more details on each of our instrumentation products. In addition, we actively pursue products of a more specialized nature from outside our organization when it makes sense to fulfill customer application requirements. PROCESS WEIGHING As an example of an outside purchased product we have entered into an arrangement with ARBO ENGINEERING of Toronto, CANADA to produce a line of FILLING CONTROLLERS. Our agreement with ARBO gives you a very competitive price, and ARBO will provide an engineering review of the application so the system comes set up for your needs. Vibratory and belt feeders are also available from the same source. These FILLING SYSTEMS use a 100/update per second instrument, and include all necessary relays, industrial enclosure, START/ STOP / CONTROL buttons, and power supply. All the installer must do is to attach the wires to the gate or valve controls, plug in the power and calibrate the scale. Please click on the Process Weighing button to the left for more details.
